About Nick by Jami Francis
Nick and Beth live in Hoover, AL and are members of Central Alabama Mensa (CAM.) He's been around since 2002, and has, over the years, served his local group as LocSec, Membership Chair and Member at Large. Socially, Nick traveled widely before becoming our RVC, going to every Regional Gathering in Atlanta, Destin, Greenville, Huntsville and Birmingham, to include the 2006 Annual Gathering. In fact, one of the primary reasons he was elected RVC was because of his interest in the local groups throughout Region 5, and his genuine concern for fellow members.
Since becoming RVC in 2007, he made a commitment to attend every region 5 RG and AMC Meeting - often presenting and discussing controversial issues. He hasn't missed one yet, even making it out to the Memphis Un Gathering, the first regional gathering they had had in over 10 years. He consistently takes every opportunity to meet with members to discuss their local issues and concerns.
